Model MDC40cr-CVR-X
This machine for straightening and cutting reinforcing bars is equipped with an on-the-fly cutter driven by a brushless servo gearbox. Production rates of 180 metres per minute (30 bars of 6 metres per minute) are achieved with accuracies of +/-2mm.
The MDC40cr-CVR-X is designed for rebar and welded mesh manufacturers. Maintenance is reduced thanks to the highly modular design. The mechanical components used enable the machine to operate in very harsh working conditions. All the feed rollers are motorised, giving the machine excellent wire pulling capacity. The rotary straightener is equipped with presetting cassettes that save time and material. They offer solutions in terms of finger spacing and the number of fingers to obtain the best quality finished product.
