Model MDC20-P
The rod cut-off machine MDC20-P has a section capacity up to 20mm². A lot of shaped wire used in the filtration market are compatible with this machine. The straightening process is performed thanks to a vertical and horizontal roller straightener equipped with digital indicators. An optional rotary straightener for the round rod increases the versatility of the machine. The configuration change (static straightener vs rotary) is very simply and quickly done. The numerically controlled shearing module between two cutting dies improves the cut quality. This machine can feed a the flat panel welding machine.
